37 day enrolment in - What's Covered, What's Not? for Insurance Claims Adjusters and Public Adjusters
Course Overview
This 3-hour intermediate CE course is designed to help insurance claims adjusters, public adjusters, agents, and CSRs develop a deeper working knowledge of the ISO Homeowners Policy HO-3 so they can determine what is covered and what is not in real-world claim situations. It focuses on how to read and navigate the homeowners contract, identify key coverages, and spot exclusions and limitations that affect claim outcomes.
What You Will Learn
The course explains what the homeowners policy is designed to cover, how to locate exclusions and conditions within the HO-3 form, and how some excluded exposures may be addressed by endorsements or separate policies. Learners work through customer claim scenarios that apply standard ISO HO-3 language to illustrate how coverage is triggered, when exclusions apply, and how limitations can change a settlement.
Course Format & Benefits
This Florida general elective CE course is approved by the Florida Department of Financial Services for 3 hours of insurance continuing education credit for all insurance agents and 6-20 All-Lines adjusters, and it is specifically approved for 3-20 Public Adjusters under CE 3-20c – Public Adjuster Optional. It is delivered completely online with no classroom attendance required, giving Florida licensees a convenient way to strengthen their homeowners coverage analysis skills while earning CE credit.
